I'm Kay, a trauma-informed somatic coach, Hatha yoga teacher, meditation guide, restorative yoga practitioner and Reiki healer.

 

For the last five years I've been deepening my training, building my practice and learning what it truly means to teach from the inside out. What I offer now is the sum of all of it, an embodied, whole-person approach to wellbeing that meets you exactly where you are.

Yoga

The yoga I teach isn't about what your body looks like in a pose, it's about what it feels like to be in your body. Embodied yoga means we slow down, we listen, and we let sensation lead. No comparisons, no perfect form. Just you, your breath, and what's true right now.

Breathwork

Your breath is always with you and it's one of the most powerful tools you have.

 

Breathwork is the practice of using conscious breathing to settle the nervous system, release what's been held, and come back to yourself.

It can reduce stress, lift energy, and create a deeper sense of connection, not just to your body, but to who you are beneath the noise of daily life.

Whether you're looking for calm, emotional release, or simply a moment of clarity, breathwork meets you where you are. No experience needed. Just a willingness to pause and breathe.

Reiki Therapy

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, touch-based healing energy practice and one of the most powerful invitations to slow down you'll ever receive.

When we're constantly in motion, emotions get bypassed, tension builds, and we lose touch with how we're actually feeling.

 

Reiki creates the space to pause. To breathe. To feel what's been waiting to be felt.

Through light touch and focused energy, Reiki supports the body in releasing what it's been holding, helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more at ease in your own skin.

It's not about switching off. It's about giving yourself space to turn inwards.

Coaching Offerings

Sometimes life gets loud and you lose the thread back to yourself. Maybe you're exhausted but can't switch off. Overwhelmed but can't slow down. Going through the motions but not really feeling present in any of it.

That's where coaching comes in.

My 1:1 somatic coaching is trauma-informed, body-led, and built around you & your life, your patterns, your pace. Together we work with the nervous system, daily habits, movement, and mindset to help you feel more grounded, more like yourself, and more capable of the life you actually want.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all programme. It's a structured, supportive space where real change happens, gently, and from the inside out.
